- CWClare WellfairMay 3, 20263.0The staff were really kind and helpful. I have 2 small children and a pram - it is hard to get a table downstairs because there is limited seating. It got very busy and the food was ok but not the 'fullest' amount of chips served.

- MSMariusz SadkaApr 21, 20263.0I stopped here on the way because, from the outside, it looked like a perfectly decent McDonald’s. That turned out to be an impressively bad misjudgment on my part. The tables were dirty, the staff seemed far more committed to conversations among themselves than to customers, and the whole place felt like service was being treated as an optional extra. Then came the Big Mac, which was almost artistic in its disappointment. It takes real effort to ruin something that is supposed to be one of the safest choices on the menu, yet somehow it was achieved. The burger looked as if it had been assembled during an argument, the lettuce was tired and wilted, and the sauce had an identity crisis of its own. Overall, a genuinely poor experience and a major disappointment. It does make you wonder whether McDonald’s ever sends anyone to check what is actually happening in some of these restaurants.
